Climate South East Executive Committee
Role
The Executive Committee is made up of twelve partner organisations and acts as our governing body. It sets direction and evaluates progress against our strategy, monitors our resources and provides line management to the programme manager. The Executive Committee is accountable to partners through our Annual General Meeting. It works closely with our Working Groups and involves partners in decision making between AGMs where appropriate. The Chair is chosen by the Committee from amongst its members.
