Much of our work is delivered through our Working Groups. The Chairs of these groups attend Executive Committee meetings twice a year.

Our Staff manage the day to day running and development of the Partnership. They work closely with our Executive Committee, Groups and Partners to make the most of our resources and deliver high quality results, benefiting all of our partners. our staff

Our President and Patron

We are delighted to have the support of our President, Sir Crispin Tickell, GCMG KCVO and John Craven.

President of the Partnership, Sir Crispin Tickell, GCMG KCVO:

“The scientific case for tackling climate change is beyond doubt. If we are to adapt to the unavoidable impacts over the next few decades and also avoid more severe impacts further ahead, we must all learn to think and behave differently. We need closer partnerships at all levels of government, business, universities, NGOs and local communities - and to establish new guidelines and codes of conduct. Climate South East - working with similar initiatives across Britain and other regions of Europe - is helping to raise the capacity of the South East to respond.”

Patron of the Partnership, John Craven OBE:

“Combating the future effects of climate change is one of the biggest challenges facing the world today, especially in low-lying densely-populated areas such as the South East of England. We must be prepared.”

Organisations and individuals must work together to understand the challenges and plan how we respond to them. Climate South East has a vital role to play.”
