November 10: Communities Group
The Communities Group will meet on Monday, November 10 at SEEDA’s offices in Guildford.
This meeting will be a workshop on supporting Local Authority Officers. We will be looking at:
* How to improve member support for community activities
* How to determine the best community approach for your local area
* Identifying the difficulties that LAs face in engaging communities and ways of overcoming them.
This is not an exhaustive list, and we welcome agenda input from group members. Please feel free to contact to discuss.
We hope to include case studies from communities as well as from Local Authorities who have had success in engaging communities. We welcome any examples that you care to share.
