Surrey Energy Monitor Library Scheme

Following a successful pilot in Guildford, all Surrey residents will be able to borrow free energy monitors from their local libraries. The scheme, which will be funded by Surrey County council and supported by the Surrey Climate Change Partnership, will be launched on October 1 at 10:00am at Walton Library.
